DELIVERY

Denmark: Shipping 5 € – We offer free shipping in on all orders above 100 €

EU and Norway: Shipping 13 €

Rest of the world: Shipping 18 €

We aim to deliver your order as fast as possible – normally within 1- 3 working days in Denmark. In case your ordered items are temporarily out of stock, they will be delivered within 10-14 days. Your delivery will be sent as an package with DHL express, GLS or Post Denmark. If you wish to have your order delivered to your work please fill in your company address under ‘Ship to a different adress’. Please remember both your company name and your own name.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

When you order has been confirmed with an e-mail from us we will send it directly to the warehouse to make sure the delivery goes out as quickly as possible. This means that you cannot change or cancel your order. If we have made a mistake with your delivery we will try to correct it as fast and simple as possibly. So please contact Customer services as soon as possible. Payment can be made with banktransfer, PayPal, VISA, VISA Electron, JCB, American Express as well as Eurocard/Mastercard. All prices are in Euros(€)

All cardholders must be approved by the card issuer and us to prevent any fraud. We pay a lot of attention to security and do not transfer any information about you to others. When you receive and e-mail from us confirming the shipment of your order, first then we will deduct the amount of the order from your credit card. In connection with your electronic payment we use a secure encryption method ( SSL- secure socket layer). SwimRunShop.com or any other unauthorized persons will not be in possession of your card details, as the will be encrypted to PBS. Payment with credit card, where you enter your card number, expiry date the 3 control digits from the back is generally the most secure way of payment. All prices include VAT.

PRE-ORDERS

When you make an order on a product for later delivery, you will not have to pay untill the goods are shipped.

RETURN OF GOODS

You have 30 days to cancel when you shopping with us. The withdrawal period will expire 30 days after the day you receive your purchase. You must within 30 days of receipt notify Admin@Swimrunshop.com that you wish to return an item. When you return the goods please to send a copy of the original order. You are only liable for any diminished of the product value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and the way it works. In other words – you can try the product in the same way, as if you trying it in a physical store. If the item is tested beyond what’s described above, we consider it as used. This means you’ll receive only part or none of the purchase price in return, depending on the product’s commercial value. In order to receive the entire purchase price return you must only test the product, but do not take it in actual use. We will not refund used or damaged items.

When you return the goods please to send a copy of the original order, and send the returned goods to our address: Swimrunshop.com, Hjulmagervej 37, 8920 Randers NV, Denmark. Please note we do not offer replacement items, if you wish to order another size or product, you will have to place a new order.

REFUND OF A PURCHASE

If you want your cancels your purchase, your money will be refunded. In the event of an impairment of uour liable, these will be deducted from this purchase amount. When you use your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, without undue delay and within 14 days from the date we have received notice of your decision to cancel the purchase. We carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product, unless you have supplied evidence of having returned it.

CLAIMS / WARRANTY

All products are covered by the Danish purchase law, which means that you either can get your money back or exchanged your purchase within 24 months. This can however only be done if the claim is valid and that the defect is not caused by any misuse of the product.

 Please contact us as soon as you discover a defect, and please remember always to contact us before returning any faulty goods.
